Treatments of Migraine
Eat foods having an abundant quantity of magnesium in them. For example linseed seeds, pistachio, dried apricot and wheat are significant.Apart from it, you need to take care to prevent yourself from the causes and foods we mentioned above.
There are certain medicines also available in the market but we'll recommend you to see a good physician first of all. Follow the instructions of your physician completely and exercise daily.
