Dark Circles are the black marks or the blemishes which appear under your eyes and sometimes around the whole eyes. Unfortunately they make you feel aged even in your teen age. Especially if you are a beautiful and fair complexion lady, your dark circles can ruin your gorgeous appearance in a moment. Sometimes we are so much busy in household stuff and sometimes earning money that we leave caring ourselves. These are the times when we even forget to look into the mirror while trying to fulfill the needs of our loved ones. And when we get time to see the mirror, we regret for not paying attention to us.

Why Dark Circles appear?

There are many reasons that why one can have the dark circles. Some of the reasons we are going to mention below, but we cannot guarantee that if you are having dark circles, these are because of any of the below mentioned reasons. This is just a help guide for you guys; still you need to consult your physician for everything.

Like your body, your eyes also need rest. The main and the biggest reason of having dark circles under your eyes is you might not be taking a full sleep daily. Normally a person required 7 - 8 hours of sleep daily. When you do not sleep fully, your eyes get tired and with this routine, blood circulation gets effected and hence the blood vessels start appearing through the under-eyes skin. Therefore a full nap is highly recommended daily to keep you a beauty queen. Also, before going to your bed, please make sure you are not carrying any makeup over your eyes. Remove if there is any because it damages the skin when you wear makeup on your eyes over the whole night.

Remember that there are many other reasons for dark circles other than the lack of sleep. Yes, you won't believe that heredity is one of those reasons. Inherited in a sense like if you have a more transparent skin, your blood vessels can be seen through more prominently. Therefore in this case, there are less chances that you can 100% overcome your dark circles. Some people have the deep set eyes, it is there bone structure so it seems like they are also having dark circles. So these are the things which are inherited and cannot be undone.

No one can control the age; everyone is growing older with the passage of time. When you are a kid, you have a soft and cute skin. When you become young, your skin is more fresh, lively, stretched and beautiful. It is not possible to remain with the same skin for the whole of your life. Growing older affects every part of your body including eyes. If you are allergic to something which causes your eyes to itch, you need to stay away from it. Because when you got some allergy from which your eyes become itchy, you just start rubbing around the eyes. If this becomes a routine, this can lead towards the dark circles ultimately. So the best thing is to analyze and then avoid the things from which you are allergic, specially your precious eyes.

5. Pigmentation Problem due to Sun Exposure

When the melanin is produced more than regular around your eyes, you get the dark circles. Now what is Melanin? It is basically the natural pigments in our skin. Melanin starts to produce when the skin is under the exposure of ultraviolet rays therefore whenever you go to the direct sun exposure; melanin starts to produce more than regular and your skin gets tanned. You can use sun glasses in order to protect your eyes.

When you do not eat a balanced diet, your body will contain lots of deficiencies which will appear outside one by one slowly. But sooner or later, you will look like overage. Therefor have a balanced diet always, do not go with the heavy diet plans because you need to keep yourself beautiful as well. Do not try to become slim while losing your beauty.

10 Quick Home Remedies to remove Dark Circles

Here we are sharing quick home remedies, using which you can reduce your dark circles. But again, nothing can be achieved if you do not put a constant effort, so be patient and consistent to see the results.

1. Spoon Workout

Put two spoons in the freezer for 5 minutes and then put them onto your eyes for 5 minutes. Make it your daily routine or 2, 3 times a day.

2. Potato and Cucumber

Take two slices of either potato or cucumber; place them on your both eyes. It will surely help you reducing your dark circles.

3. Vitamin E and Moisturizer

Mix a vitamin E capsule in a good brand's moisturizing cream and apply this mixture under your eyes.

4. Oil of Vitamin E

Oil of Vitamin E should be applied daily on the dark circles, it will reduce them.

5. Rosewater

Put two drops of rosewater daily in your eyes before going to sleep.

6. Crushed Potato

Crush a potato and wrap it in a batiste cloth, put it on your eyes. Dark circles will be reduced in few days of using it.

7. Cool Teabags

Make tea, filter it and cool it. Dip a cotton wool into it and put on your eyes then. Otherwise you can use to teabags to make the tea, and then put those teabags in freezer for 5 min. Take them out and put on your eyes. This will help a lot.

8. Almond Oil

Massage almond oil on the dark circles gently on daily basis, you will feel the difference in 10 – 15 days.

9. Ice Cubes

Apply ice cubes on your eyes daily for some time.

10. Tomato and Lemon

Mix tomato juice with lemon juice and apply gently around the eyes to lighten the dark circles.
